We are currently supported by a large national HR services provider but haven’t been particularly happy with their overcautious and impractical approach to their advice on certain issues. So we decided to use The Personnel Dept as a local provider to hold a difficult dismissal Appeal meeting for us (which the other provider couldn’t do) and we received an excellent professional service throughout the process that was more commercial and practical, which is what we require going forward.
