ELIZABETH DOUGHTY – Associate HR Consultant

Liz works with us on an ad hoc basis when we need some addtional hands on deck. She has 20 years experience in HR management, business partnering and consultancy, providing support to managers across a wide spectrum of human resource disciplines.  She particularly enjoys getting to know her clients and their business so that she can provide the best possible and most appropriate support for them.

DAWN SWEENEY – Office Manager

Dawn generally ensures we run a well organised office with her numerous ’to do’ lists and post-it note reminders!

She gets involved in pretty much everything from taking initial calls to researching business development opportunities. Best of all she keeps the coffee pot warm all day! We couldn’t function without her – she worth her weight in gold! Ex PA to the MD of Barclays Bank (John Varley) she comes with some nice credentials!

SUE JACKSON – Administrative Assistant

Sue is the newest addition to the team and has been brought on board  to organise and keep shipshape all the paperwork we generate in the office. Admin and paper trails are the way of life for a Personnel / HR Dept and it can get burdensome. But not when you employ someone as good as Sue! Ex forces, she also knows how to keep a secret or two!

DEEFER – Guard Dog

Yes, that really is his name (“Dee – fer” Dog!). He’s our resident black lab who tends to kip on the office sofa and listen to us handle client HR queries or debate the latest piece of employment legislation – probably why he’s asleep most of the day! We love him though and the office wouldn’t be the same without him. Ah, bless!
