We offer something DIFFERENT and we believe our FIXED FEE RECRUITMENTservice is MORE EFFECTIVE and VFM than using a traditional agency or other methods of sourcing your candidates.

If you are thinking of recruiting, we can handle your recruitment & selection process from start to finish.

We can:

  • create a job description/person spec with you
  • produce a suitable advert
  • advertise on the leading job boards – e.g. Monster, Reed, Total Jobs, Jobsite etc, and on specialist or niche ones when necessary
  • handle all candidate applications and responses
  • produce a shortlist of applicants to be interviewed
  • arrange interviews on your behalf

Save thousands on fees - e.g. take an average salary of £20k and a recruitment agency would charge approx 10-15% of salary i.e. £2000 -3000. And that is just for supplying 1 person!
