Outsourced HR Dept

If you want a fully managed HR resource at your beck and call – just like the bigger companies have with their own Personnel or HR dept, then this is the service for you! This is the most popular service for those clients who want complete peace of mind and can use us whenever it suits them.

Any of our services are completely flexible but generally a fully ‘retained’ client would receive:

  • HR Healthcheck & review of T&C’s and current documentation
  • Production of new documentation as required
  • Exclusive website access to additional HR related documents and forms
  • HR ‘Advice Line’ – unlimited access during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.00pm for queries relating to any general organisational HR/ employment law related issues e.g. typically this might include questions relating to employment law and statutory requirements, contractual issues, recruitment, sickness absence, maternity rights, performance management and dismissals, policies and procedures clarification etc;
  • A Personality Profiling Assessment completed on an individual of your choice, with special retained client discount on further reports thereafter
  • Regular updates of relevant HR/employment law news
  • An Employee Admin/ Records system (web based)HRPartner (Optional)
  • Tribunal /Legal Expenses Insurance (Optional)

Any of the above can be provided on a ‘mix and match’ basis to suit your requirements with what you want being reflected in the cost. 

We can also provide support on-site if required on a more regular or routine basis if necessary e.g. 1 day or half day a week/ month etc.

No large upfront fee helps your cash flow – We like to help our clients as much as possible and that means not subjecting them to a large upfront fee. Clients can therefore pay for this service on a monthly basis by Standing Order for no extra cost at all.  We think this helps establish a long term, trusting business relationship from the outset.
